CBD is not for everyone
Yes it is!
CBD is not for everything, but absolutely everyone can take and implement a CBD regimen.
Taking CBD and getting positive results from doing so are very different. There’s virtually no harm in a daily dosage routine for taking CBD; there is a variance however in the results you may or may not get from your supplemental use.
This is where science is extremely important, and studies are necessary and vital. Everyone can have a different result from the same product based on strength (mg % CBD) and how many times per day it’s taken.
What determines your results is where your CBD came from. There are hundreds (maybe thousands) of reputable brands from around the world. They are equally as many cheap, low quality and potentially harmful brands on the market as well. Your results depend on you and your choices.
Choose a known and reputable brand. Do this because they have third party lab tested their raw materials and you can be assured of quality and regulatory standards ingredients. In some cases, CBD manufacturers post their lab tests and quality assurance standards on their websites.
You need to do for a while. Like most things, it’s not a quick fix and immediate results are often not the case. Some studies have found that you need to have a build-up of cannabidiol in your system to really get the benefits. Give it some time (3-6 months) and adjust your dosage to achieve maximum benefits.
Adjusting or changing the way you dose is a good idea if you’re not getting results. Start by increasing or reducing strength of % of CBD (tincture). Allow sometime for the change to take effect. You can also change to a different kind of CBD product, including edibles or topicals. Giving each choice or change some time to build up and become effective.
After about a year, you will find a CBD delivery system that works and provides good results.
Stick with it!
